The treatment I received from Mr. Parbhoo and his team was exemplary. Once diagnosed by him, my skin cancer was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Professional and patient at all times, he took time to listen and explained things clearly and I was thus able to have complete confidence in the treatment he proposed. At no time during my appointments did I feel rushed, although the waiting lists must be long. Equally, despite the huge pressure doctors are under, he took time to see me before the operation to explain matters and also came back to check on me on the ward when I came round from the anaesthetic. These small touches are much appreciated and very reassuring for the patient. In addition, the receptionnists in his department were always very helpful as were the nurses who were friendly , taking trouble to remember my name and showing real interest in my progress.

I met Mr Parbhoo two weeks ago for my initial consultation. The quality of care and professionalism exhibited by this doctor was superlative. Mr Parbhoo showed great empathy, kindness and compassion as well as a drive to navigate a positive path forward. Although our conversation was centred around a potentially complex maxillofacial surgery, Mr Parbhoo spoke in a manner that allowed me to clearly understand each element of the conversation. I was provided with ample time and patience to ask any questions i had, which again is testament to the superior quality of care afforded by this doctor. Although i am still at the very early stages of any treatment, i have been instilled with a confidence that, prior to my appointment with Mr Parbhoo, was non-existent. Mr Parbhoo is undoubtedly a doctor of the highest kind, quality and order.

I saw Mr Alan Parbhoo this morning, he was fantastic! He was very good, he explained everything to me clearly and give me sound advise. I wish I had seen Mr Parbhoo sooner as I paid £235.00 for a private skincare dr in London, who I only saw for less than 5 mins and explain nothing to me. Mr Parbhoo was amazing 5 stars! Thank you!

I was seen by Mr Parbhoo at Bedford Hospital regarding the removal of a small actinic keratosis. His pre-op consultation, explanation of the procedure and his friendly and calm manner during the operation were exemplary. I saw him again to discuss the biopsy results, 6 weeks post op, and he took the time to fully explain the condition and prognosis, including precautions to take to prevent re-occurrence. He took his time to explain things in terms that I could understand and was very reassuring. I would fully recommend him to anyone undergoing Maxillofacial Surgery.

My son, age 7, needed to have a cyst removed from his left cheek. Mr Parbhoo immediately put my son(and me) at ease, talking to him with such respect and in a way my son would understand what was going to happen to him. On the day of the operation my son was so calm as he had been talked through what to expect, and he had total trust in Mr Parbhoo. Seeing my little boy so calm made the whole experience easier for me too. The operation was a success, and we had a clear diagnosis with advice on aftercare. Mr Parbhoo is a credit to the hospital, and we were very lucky to have been under his care. Thank you so much!
